# Grok Bot

> Add AlphaInsider Strategy Creator to your Grok Bots list.

AlphaInsider Strategy Creator is a Grok (xAI) bot that helps you create and refine trading strategies with AlphaInsider forward testing. It uses the AlphaInsider Strategy Creator skill and the API skill for AlphaInsider integration.

## Add it to your Grok Bots list

You need the [Grok Bot app](https://x.ai/bot) installed and signed in to the account where you want to add the bot.

1. Open the [AlphaInsider Strategy Creator template](https://x.ai/bot/B0YZtZvucLBawisJIWT9H).
2. Review the bot's description, then click **Add to Grok Bot**. Allow your browser to open the Grok Bot app if prompted.
3. Follow the app's prompts to add the bot to your account. Your copy will appear alongside your existing bots.

Adding the template creates your own copy of the bot. See [xAI's bot sharing guide](https://docs.x.ai/grok-bot/bots#share-a-bot) for more about how shared templates work.

## Create a strategy

Open **AlphaInsider Strategy Creator** from your Bots list and describe the strategy you want to build or improve. For example:

```

Follow [Configure credentials](/resources/agent-skill#configure-credentials) in the Agent skills guide to give the bot access to your AlphaInsider account.
